If you are looking to take your running to the next level, we can help.  Our private coaching includes a totally customized plan and ongoing direct email access to your BlackToe Coach.  You will get a race day plan, fueling tips and more!  The program starts at $150 per month with a minimum 3-month commitment.  If you want to have your coach host provide workouts for you as well, that can be included for an additional fee.  This is a great way to hit your next PB!

Best birthday gift ever!

My husband introduced me to Blacktoe when he bought me private coaching for my birthday. It was the best gift ever. It has been such an amazing experience for me and has 150% made a huge difference in my running. I only wish I lived in Toronto or that there was a Blacktoe in the Niagara region so I could better take advantage of the running groups and the store as well.

Money well spent

Going to do this in a two part format..first the store then the actual coach

When I contacted Black Toe looking for private coaching I had may questions which I sent via email. Less than one hour later Mike Anderson gave me detailed answers to each of my questions and a few more that I emailed after. You knew that the store had a solid relationship and trust with their coach. (On a side note... the staff really know their stuff concerning all aspects of running!!)

It was a pretty easy yes for me!!

Not long after setting up the coaching I received an email from Phaedra Kennedy(coach) to set up a personal call to get to know me and vice versa. Right off the hop I could tell she was excited as I was about hitting my goals. She really gets to know you, what has worked for you in the past and then goes to work on what changes might be necessary to reach your goals. The one thing she stresses is communication and she really means it. It's been over a month now and she really does communicate quite well.. always asking what's working, what's not and with that information tweaks things to get the best out of you. You can really tell that your workout schedule is customized for you, not some generic "one size fits all". The last and most important point is that you can not only tell she has some really good experience/knowledge about coaching but she really cares about her athletes and wants them to succeed.
