Roll Recovery R8

Wonderful customer service and very fast shipping! I feel so much better using this after exercising. First time hurt a lot but after continued use, I could roll this faster along my quads/hamstrings. I might swap out one roller for the softer roller so I can completely use this on my calves. I am very pleased and I will buy from you guys again!

C’est facile à utiliser, on peut l’utiliser tous les jours, je préfère ce système au rouleau sur lequel on se roule.

Likes: Easy to use, easy to transport, effective, does what it intends to do, I no longer have to roll around on the ground to dig into my quads, IT band, hip, adductors, etc.

Amazing on the forearm.

Dislike: I wish you could change the spring load. The R8 does have a lot of pressure but my calves could use a lot more than what it delivers.
