Like all endurance energy gels, Hüma is a tool for glycogen supplementation. When you exercise for more than 45 minutes, you run the risk of hypoglycemic shock, a.k.a "bonking", which basically means your body runs out of its glycogen stores. Huma Chia Energy Gels

I absolutely love these gels, as they are all natural they do not hurt my stomach and I can even handle them at 30km + into a marathon without feeling sick! I highly recommend, they have been a game changer for me!

I struggle with mid run fuelling, sometimes even water will upset my stomach. But, I've tried these gels on a couple of runs and so far they have worked well for me, so they are now my go-to gel...

The taste is a little intense but not bad
