            FUN and efficient fast/long run shoe!

            I had read and watched a lot of reviews about this shoe before taking the plunge. A number of people referred to the shoe as "a fun run" which sounded a bit over the top to me. But here's the thing - I'm a true believer now! This shoe is SO much fun to run in, and it makes for a more efficient run (pace/fatigue/HR).

            In terms of sizing, it fits true to size. I am normally an 8.5 and the 8.5 fits fabulously without any issues.

            A Good Time!

            These are fun and bouncy! I usually wear Nike Pegasus or On Cloudflow. These are much more cushion-y than my other Ons and have a thicker sole but a smaller drop compared to my Pegs. Very comfortable for long runs.
