Put a piece of blank paper under your feet. Stand up straight and have your heel lightly touching against the wall.

Step 2:
Have someone mark the end of the longest toe and back of your heel on the sheet with a pen or pencil. Afterwards measure the length of your feet from heel to toe.

Step 3:
Repeat the steps for your other feet and compare it with our size chart.

For those cold days, Asics added a waist back pocket and side thigh pockets for phone and key storage. ASICS expert running team recommends using the tight when temperatures drop below 5°C or 40°F.
