Your program will be structured for the beginner runner and will build gradually as your fitness improves. We were all beginners ourselves once so we get it!
After you sign up for your preferred location, keep your eyes open for a welcome email with intake questionnaire so we can get you on the right training plan!
If you have been running for a little while now and have decided it is time to get faster or find more people to run with, our Run Club and community are a great place to make that happen!
We have structured programs and very experienced coaches who can help you achieve your goals.
Our group workouts have well established pace groups that range from people who are aiming to run a 4:30 marathon (2:15 half) all the way up to sub 3:00 marathons. The fastest pace group runs marathons in the high 2:30's to low 2:50's so the sky is the limit for most runners!
