We meet every Wednesday at 6:30 PM, year-round, for coached workouts designed to build strength, speed, and confidence. Whether you're training for an upcoming half or full marathon, keeping up your endurance and fitness, or looking to meet new training partners (or all of the above!), we are here to help you keep showing up and reach your goals.

Ottawa Run Club Details
- Team Size Limit: We are limiting the Ottawa team to 50 runners to ensure personalized coaching attention and a tight-knit crew.
- Who Should Join: You don’t need to be fast, but you should be training for a half or full marathon. This group is geared toward runners with training goals and a desire to build mileage and fitness together.
- Founding Cohort Perk: Members of our founding Ottawa Run Club cohort will receive team singlets as a keepsake and symbol of this inaugural crew!
What To Expect
- Structured Training: Every workout is planned by our coaching team to support seasonal builds that align with local races and long-term endurance development.
- All Paces Welcome: Whether you’re pushing for a performance goal or simply maintaining consistency, you’ll find a pace group that suits you.
- Community Matters: Meet new training buddies, feel the motivation of running as part of a team, and build friendships along the way. Your team will become your biggest cheerleaders and supporters!
Weekly Team Workout Details
- When: Every Wednesday at 6:30 PM
- Where: We meet at BlackToe Running Ottawa (427 Richmond Road). Plan to arrive a few minutes early before we head out for our group warm-up.
- How Long: Most sessions last 60–90 minutes

You’ll be in great hands with Coach Stephen Evans and Assistant Coach Emily Reid, two accomplished runners with a wealth of leadership experience.
