We meet every Tuesday at 6:30 PM, year-round, for coached workouts designed to build strength, speed, and confidence. Whether you're training for a race or running for fitness, this team is here to help you keep showing up.

What To Expect
- Structured Training: Every workout is planned by our coaching team to support two main seasonal builds—spring and fall, each culminating in a key Toronto race.
- All Paces Welcome: Whether you’re pushing for a new PB or just finding your rhythm again, you’ll find a group that runs at your pace.
- Community Matters: Get motivated, meet new training buddies, and feel what it’s like to run as part of a real team.

- When: Every Tuesday at 6:30 PM
- Where: We meet at BlackToe Running, King Street West, before doing a group warmup to our workout location.
- How Long: Most sessions last 60–90 minutes
