Adidas Adizero Adios Pro Evo 3 Early Access Draw: Terms & Conditions

1. The draw

The Adidas Adizero Adios Pro Evo 3 Early Access Draw (the "Draw") is a free draw run by Blacktoe Running Inc. ("Blacktoe", "we", "us") of Toronto, Ontario. Winners can buy the Adizero Adios Pro Evo 3 (the "Shoe") before it goes on sale to the public on October 29, 2026. No purchase is necessary to enter, and winning does not oblige you to buy.

To enter, you must be 18 or older and have a valid email address. Early access orders can only be shipped within Canada. By entering, you agree to these terms.

2. How to enter

Enter on the Shoe's product page on blacktoerunning.com until October 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. You will need to give your email address and choose your size (for example, M7/W8). One entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries are not valid.

Your size is final. It cannot be changed after you enter, and we will cancel early access orders for any other size.

3. Winners

We will pick 15 winners at random from all valid entries. Winners will be contacted by email, using the address they entered, before early access opens. We are not responsible for emails that are delayed, filtered or not received, so check your spam folder. We will never ask for payment details by email.

4. Early access

Winners get a password by email ahead of early access. Once early access opens, enter it on the Shoe's product page to unlock the purchase button. Early access works like this:

  • You have 30 minutes from when early access opens to complete your purchase, so be ready to check out as soon as it opens. After that, your access expires and we will offer the Shoe to other customers.
  • We have limited quantities and sizes, and we cannot guarantee that your size will be available.
  • You can buy one pair. Other sizes may still appear available on the product page, but they cannot be purchased through early access, and we will cancel any order that does not match the size you entered.
  • The password is for you only. We may cancel orders placed with a shared or resold password.
  • The regular price applies, and no discounts, promo codes or other promotions can be applied.
  • The Shoe is a final sale item, so returns and exchanges are not available.

5. Your information

We use your email address and size to run the Draw, contact winners and manage early access orders. By entering, you also agree to receive marketing emails from Blacktoe Running Inc. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle, share and keep personal information.

6. General

We may disqualify any entry, or cancel any order, that we reasonably believe breaks these terms, uses false information, or is automated or fraudulent. We may change these terms, or cancel, pause or change the Draw, if something outside our control affects it, such as a delay to the Shoe's release or a technical issue. If that happens, we will post an update on the product page.

To the extent the law allows, Blacktoe is not responsible for any loss or damage connected to the Draw, including technical failures or missed emails. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
