Key Features
Support & Cushioning
Neutral, Medium Cushion
Neutral: Neutral shoes that provide a natural running experience with balanced support and no added stability features.
Medium Cushion: A comfortable balance of cushioning for all-around support and feel.
Heel-to-Toe Drop
6 mmThe height difference between heel and toe. High drop (8mm+) aids heel strikers, low drop (0-4mm) suits midfoot/forefoot strikers.
Sizing & Fit
True to Size, Roomy Toe BoxA properly sized toe box offers about 1 cm of length in the front and provides a secure fit with room for natural movement, without excess width.
Spikes should have no more than a 0.5 cm toe gap for sprint distance, and 0.5–1 cm for middle, and long distance.
Plate
None
Shoes without a plate tend to offer a more natural and flexible feel.
These fit well, and are quite comfortable. However, they are difficult to put on, as the tongue of the shoe slips in, and this could have been avoided with the design of the shoe.
