The Dragonfly 2’s comfortable fit and propulsive feel are built to go the distance in races and key workouts. Updated spikes, full-length ZoomX foam and a lighter, more responsive plate are ready for speed and stamina.

Energy Return for Your Strides - Full-length ZoomX foam, Nike’s lightest and most resilient foam, provides energy return with each step.
Stable for Straightaways - A slightly wider midfoot and forefoot compared to the previous iteration improve the feeling of stability on straightaways and especially around turns. Nike removed two spikes seen on the original in favor of a four-spike design. And we elevated the big-toe side platform and updated the heel structure for added stability.
Light and Fast - The new full-length plate material is lighter and more responsive than the previous version while adding durability. The curved design gives you a propulsive feel.
Breathable Comfort - Engineered mesh on the upper enhances breathability and comfort. Its conforming fit gives you a disappearing sensation that is built to go the distance.
