Recovery Superstar

I like to consider myself a bit of a foam roller expert and this is by far the best I have tried. Noticed a huge difference in my recovery and has really helped with hip/thigh tightness following an inventory.

Roller was exactly what i was looking for (calves, hips, IT band) with added bonus of being great for upper back and neck. Very firm roller in my opinion.

Best foam roller I've tried

What sets this apart from a lot of other foam rollers is the center groove. It's advertised that this groove can be great for your back and IT band, but for me it helped most with my shins ... an area that no other foam roller is as effective. The textures and ridges on the other parts of the roller are really helpful is loosening up your other tight areas.

Extremely satisfied with this product.
