Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the tape measure is parallel to the ground.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, were your body bends side to side.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the ground and fits comfortably, not too tight or too loose.
