As someone on a plant-based diet, I liked the fact that this gel is vegan friendly, compared to the honey based gels. And simple in its ingredients compared with other gels, like the one whose name is two letters. Brix has a very pleasant taste and I didn't feel like I needed to have water with it, like some gels recommend.
Went in looking for Endurance Tap, and bought this as a substitute. A little heavy on the salt. But it did taste good and it kept me going on a long run. Would buy it again.
This is not only delicious but provides an amazing amount of energy with no GI disruptions for me. If you like maple syrup (and who doesn’t!) you will love this. The consistency is thin but it’s so easy to take in.
